We have been living at Salem Harbour for 3 years now with great satisfaction. We recently moved from a 1 bedroom + den to a 2 bedroom. Upon receiving the keys on our move-in day we walked into the apartment which did not have a kitchen sink or countertops. We immediately informed office staff and they worked tirelessly in getting the apartment ready that morning.

I wanted to compliment the office staff members who are so welcoming and helpful, particularly, Alex Magee, Kevin Cagnetti, and Nick Dema. We are always greeted with a smile and, "how may I help you" from each one of them.

I am a tenant at Salem Harbor and was receintly dealing with issues with my washer and dryer. Josh Kozich, the maintenance coordinator, handled my problem very professionally. He personally went to my apartment and inspected the appliances. Seeing that they were older models and that they couldn't be fixed properly, Josh ordered new appliances and has been in touch with me through the purchase, delivery and installation process start to finish. Thanks Josh!

I couldn't be happier with my decision and I can't express how grateful I am for everyone that made my move here so seamless and stress free. This apartment complex is a hidden gem!
